What is your return/exchange policy?
If an item is damaged:
You must contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery and hold onto the box the order was shipped in. Once the claim has been settled the box can be discarded. Contact us via email or call 800-720-8456.To return an item that is not damaged:
You must contact Customer Service within 10 business days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Items must be packed to prevent damage during shipping and be returned in good condition. We require the return shipment to be sent with a tracking number to confirm that we receive it, so that we can issue a return for the cost of the merchandise to your credit card. Returns sent any other way will not be accepted. Please include the Return Authorization number on the front of the returned package.
All returns must be mailed with 30 days of order arrival date. Returns received after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable in most cases. Gift wrap is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fullfilled according to availability. For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store credit will be issued for the full amount. You can select your return option on the back of your receipt.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with the return and/or exchange request portion completed.
